Couch to 5K Training Plan

Perfect for beginners! Even if you have no running experience at all, you can start this 3 day a week plan that begins with mostly walking. This is a 10 week program designed to take your from being non-active to running your first 5k! 

We love first-timers! We want to celebrate your accomplishment with you. Any first-time 5K participant who completes the Couch to 5K Training Plan can run their first race in the Ole Brook Run Series for FREE! 5K to 10K Training Plan

Ready to take your running to the next level? Go the full distance and train for a 10K! Three of the five races in the Ole Brook Run Series offer a 10K so even if you begin the series on the 5K, you can quickly be ready for a 10K on the next race with this 10-week training plan.
